  • How can I play FANTASIAN?
    FANTASIAN is available exclusively on Apple Arcade. You can play FANTASIAN by subscribing to Apple Arcade, then downloading the game from apple.co/fantasian on a supported device. For questions regarding Apple Arcade services, please refer to the Apple Arcade website: https://www.apple.com/apple-arcade/ If you have any further questions about registering for Apple Arcade or using its services, please contact Apple customer support.
  • Do I need an Apple device to play FANTASIAN?
    Since FANTASIAN is exclusive to Apple Arcade, a supported Apple device is required to play the game. We will not respond to any inquiries regarding distribution outside of Apple Arcade.
  • Can I play the game in a language other than English or Japanese?
    FANTASIAN is currently only available in English and Japanese. We will make an announcement in the event that other languages are implemented in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
  • I played "Part 1", but I don't know how to start "Part 2"."
    1) Please go to the AppStore and update to the latest version of the FANTASIAN app. If you have turned off automatic updates on your device, please update from FANTASIAN app page ( http://apple.co/-Fantasian ). The entire game, including the second part, can be played with version 2.0.0 or later. 2) After that, please select the saved data you want to proceed from "Load". 3) Examine the mirror-like device in Valrika’s Lab in the Chaos Realm you visit at the end of Part 1.
  • Is there save data after completing Fantasian?
    Please note that the answer contains some story content. There is no save data after completing the game. The last checkpoint in the story is located right before you are about to confront Jas at the Sanctum.
  • I don't know how to start New Game+.
    Please note that the answer contains some story content. In order to gain access to New Game+ players must: - Have reunited with all allies and have all of their Divine Artifacts attuned. - Have obtained the Tachyon Medal from the God Realm. *Players may still gain access to New Game+ even if they have not completed the game in its entirety once they have satisfied the conditions above and have visited the Altar located in Shangri-La. New Game+ allows you to play the game from the beginning with skills and equipment you have earned the first time around, but you cannot skip any parts of the story or battle bosses of your choice.
  • I'm playing FANTASIAN, and I don't know what I should do next. Can you give me gameplay advice?"
    Unfortunately, we cannot provide walkthroughs or other gameplay advice through our customer support service. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Can I play FANTASIAN on multiple devices?
    Yes! If you have multiple supported devices signed in to the same iCloud account, FANTASIAN can use your iCloud storage to synchronize your save data across all of them. You can play the game on iOS, tvOS, and macOS devices with the same save data.
  • Do I need to be connected to the internet to play FANTASIAN?
    You will need an internet connection to download FANTASIAN and to install any future updates. However, once the game is downloaded, you can play the game without an internet connection.
  • Can I play FANTASIAN with an external game controller?
    Yes! FANTASIAN supports the following controllers: - Xbox Wireless Controller with Bluetooth (Model 1708) - Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 - Xbox Adaptive Controller - PlayStation DualShock 4 Wireless Controller - Other MFi (Made for iOS) Bluetooth controllers might be supported Please refer to the following URL for details on how to connect controllers: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210414
  • Can you recover my save data?

    [Foreword] At Mistwalker, we do not collect any personal data. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recover your lost save data. Thank you for your understanding. If you cannot sync save data between devices holding differing data, please refer to Apple's support page. Access your Apple Arcade gameplay data on all of your devices: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210382 If you've read and followed the instructions on the page in the link above and you still cannot sync save data, please follow the below troubleshooting steps one by one to see if the problem can be resolved. [Step 1] Your devices may not be correctly synchronizing with iCloud. Confirm that your device (where "Continue" does not appear) is connected to the network and relaunch the Fantasian app. You should see the "Continue" option and be able to resume your progress from where you left off. [Step 2] Please verify that there is enough space in each of your devices' data storage. Fantasian save data is designed to be saved in both your device storage and iCloud. If you can't save, please check that there is sufficient space in your device's storage and delete any unwanted data to free up space if necessary. If you are running out of space in your iCloud storage, please remove any unwanted data from there as well, and try saving the game again.   • If I cancel Apple Arcade, will the saved data be retained?"

    FANTASIAN may be used in non-direct commercial capacity, such as through YouTube or other similar video distribution platforms. The uploading party agrees to not violate common sense or intentionally offend any third party viewers. Likewise, the video must display "© MISTWALKER" in its description in order to be used without prior approval from the Mistwalker Corporation. When uploading content that may include spoilers, ensure you mark the video as such, so as not to spoil the experience of anyone who may be about to enjoy the game in the future.
